About Me
My name is Marta Safin. I've spent 15 years in digital marketing across global brands, fast-growing startups, small businesses in lifestyle, alcohol and travel sectors.
What I've noticed across all of them is the same thing: the problem is rarely the execution. It's usually that nobody stopped long enough to get clear on what they were trying to do and why.

That's where I come in.

Sometimes that means working through a positioning problem. Sometimes it means untangling a marketing structure that's grown too complicated. Sometimes it means sitting with a founder before a big decision and asking the questions that haven't been asked yet.

I'm also a WSET Level 2 wine specialist, a certified yoga instructor and a co-founder of Wellness Waves and Wine, a retreat brand in the Algarve. These aren't hobbies. They've shaped how I think about brand, customer experience and what it means to build something people genuinely connect with.

How I work

Strategy Projects
A fixed-scope engagement with a clear output. A positioning framework, a go-to-market plan, a growth roadmap. We agree what we're building before we start.
Bespoke Consulting
A focused session on a specific challenge, with a written output you can act on immediately.
Every business is different. If none of the above feels quite right, we can design something that does. Some clients need a thinking partner at a particular moment: during a launch, a pivot, an investment decision. Others want something ongoing but lighter than a retainer.
